Position Requirements:
 
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. Previous homeowner claims adjusting experience is preferred. Knowledge of the claims process, including claim investigation, evaluation of damages, negotiation and settlement of claims is required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong desk management skills, are also required. Strong customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Job Details:
 
The primary responsibility of the Home Claims representative is to manage homeowner property claims. Providing our clients with exceptional "Handle with Care" customer service is a requirement. The representative will also investigate claims, take recorded statements, determine liability, set reserves and make claim payments. The position may also include the handling of personal property contents claims. Travel could potentially be involved, depending upon location of loss.
