A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred. Previous insurance subrogation and arbitration experience in a Property Casualty environment is particularly advantageous. A minimum of two years claims experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess general property claims investigation experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, as well as strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who possess strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance is seeking a Home Claims Subrogation Representative. In this role you willcollect corporate assets from responsible parties which include investigation of coverage issues of law, negligence determinations and general claims investigations. Further, you will negotiate forms of recovery with appropriate parties. You will also be responsible for recovery efforts through the preparation, filing and responses to inter-company arbitrations.
