Education Requirement:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
Position Requirement:
Knowledge of the claims process, including claim investigation, evaluation of damages, negotiation and settlement of claims is required. Must also possess the ability to inspect scope and write building estimates using industry standard software. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Strong customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Strong desk management skills are also required. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Details:
Primary responsibilities include management of large loss homeowner claims. Provide customer service to claimants and insureds, investigate claims, take recorded statements, determine liability, set reserves and make claim payments. This position may also include the handling of personal property contents claims and requires travel 25% of the time.
