From time to time a product comes out that makes one wonder, "why didn't I think of that", but mostly the reaction is consternation over strictly making money with some sort of fad or gadget.  Useful products are then all the more valuable, and particularly when the impact an entire industry.   Such is The Claims Pages of Florida, a tome that I intend to place right up against my desk manual and refer to often.  Good luck in the future.

My name is David Penton, I am an assistant claims manager with Amstar Insurance Company out of Miami, Florida.  A few days ago I received a copy of your publication "The Claims Pages" and, being already familiar with similar publications I just put it aside for whenever I would have some time to take a quick look through.  Today I had that time and as soon as I opened it up and started reading, I regretted not having done so a week ago, because I found lots of information, resources, etc. that I could have used during the last week in actual cases we are currently handling.  I have nothing but praise for your publication.  I think it is the only really useful claim guide of all the ones I have seen.  In fact, I liked it so much that I would like each one of my supervisors and senior adjusters to have one.   So, if it is not too much trouble, could you send us and extra 10 copies; we will appreciate very much if you do.  (By the way, I especially liked the sections between pages 6 and 129).

I recently received my copy of The Claims Pages.  Way back when I got your yellow flyer I though, "Geez, more junk mail."  I sent back my information after reading on, so I may receive my free copy of the book.

After getting the actual book and looking through it, I was astonished at the amount and different forms of information included.  The Yellow Pages section is the COOLEST.  Makes things very easy when you move from one guy to the next.  Please keep me in you databank for the next edition, and great job!!!!

I have utilized your publication so extensively that it is dog earred and well worn.  I also learned in the 3rd and 4th Quarter of 1999, that individuals with 2 different insurance restoration contractors with whom I work utilized your firms Proprietary Pricing Information Section in writing repair estimates, as the information seemed to have acquired the acceptance of adjusting staff with whom they worked.
