Help! Looking for claim audit software for managers

Does anyone know where I can get software that lets me document claim file audits? I have seen some programs that allow the auditor to record the audit findings (via radio buttons) for each file and the program stores the results. Typically, it allows each individual audit finding to be printed and it can print reports showing the results of a group. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I too am looking for affordable P & C claims “best Practices” or “Quality Control” audit software. At present, our need is for one time use and all of the systems I have found are for continued use with rather large price tags. I have an Excel spreadsheet that works but I am looking for a product that will produce more professional trend reports, etc.
