Scenario Question
At a residential loss, you find an exercise bike that looks to be not operating. One of the brackets are not connected. Other then that, it is in good condition, but looks to be about 5 years old.
As an independent adjuster, how do you valuate this item?
The insured has a replacement cost policy.
