85% of what?

It sounds like Geico is putting a lot of pressure on but can you tell us about what?

Make sure Geico has paid training.  Here at Hanover Insurance we pay all our employees for their training.

Thanks,

Lauren

Geico is a great company to work for.  The  training they put you through used to be quite gruelling but has laxed somewhat in the past years.  If you can prepare an estimate then you would have no problem maintaining your average.  I have been with them for almost 10 years. Last years profit sharing was 26%, put that on top of your salary and an almost free company car with gas prices the way they are...u do the math.  Good luck.
