Calif. Insurance Commissioner Unveils Reform Package for Workers’ Comp

Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner today unveiled a series of reforms to address systemic and structural deficiencies in California’s workers’ compensation system. Citing a vibrant and profitable workers’ comp market, Commissioner Poizner also called for an additional 14.2 percent decrease in workers’ compensation pure premium rates.
