CFD on Scene of Large Fire in Chicago Neighborhood

The Chicago Fire Department responded to a large fire in the North Lawndale neighborhood Tuesday morning. The 3-alarm fire broke out shortly before 6 a.m. at a building near the intersection of Ogden and Pulaski. Authorities say the building has a recording studio on the first story and a banquet hall on the second story. Smoke could be seen billowing from the commercial building from blocks away. The Chicago Fire Department said no injuries have been reported, but ambulances are standing by.
