But nine months after a three-alarm fire, the popular North Courtenay Parkway bowling alley remains a silent, partially gutted mess. Smoke-damaged carpeting is long discarded. Drywall is torn out. And burnt grease coats the floor of the darkened kitchen. “Its terrible.
