A two-alarm fire tore through a home in Clifton Tuesday, killing 14 animals and sending a tall pillar of smoke and flame high into the sky. Joan Maso’s daughter Laura Kieffer ran the business out of the home, but the Clifton Health Department said that the family was not licensed to do so.
