Officials returned to the scene of a gas explosion that rocked an unoccupied luxury high-rise in Sunny Isles Beach to assess the damage and determine how to remove a piece of concrete still hanging from the side of the building. Investigators with the State Fire Marshal and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives sifted though debris on the 34th floor of the Château Beach Residences, located at 174th Street and Collins Avenue, Saturday morning. "There’s damage to the building, but no structural damage," said Sunny Isles Beach Mayor Bud Scholl.
