Insurance Journal - The Michigan Supreme Court says an insurance company doesnt have to pay benefits in a hit-and-run case because the incident wasnt reported within 30 days. The courts conservative majority overturned a decision by the state appeals court on May 30 and said unambiguous contract language has meaning.
