Four Chicago residents involved in the Megabus crash early Tuesday morning that sent dozens of riders to area hospitals for treatment have filed a lawsuit against the bus company for negligence, according to court documents. Bridgette Humbert, Creighton Mims, Valerie Battle-Dugger and Lennell Sorrels, who all claim in the suit to have "suffered severe personal injuries, financial injuries, and subsequent medical expenses," filed their complaint in the Cook County Circuit Court Wednesday, a day after the crash.
