A small aircraft with four people on board departed Laughlin-Bullhead City airport on Sunday and was heading to the Phoenix area before it crashed, killing one. Officials with the National Transportation Safety Board said Monday the flight originated from the Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport, bound for the Phoenix-Goodyear airport. According to the NTSB, the single-engine Rockwell Commander flew for about four minutes before crashing, hitting a tree and erupting in flames. The identities of the people on board remained withheld Monday, but NTSB said the occupants are from Arizona.
