For two months, Zuleika Morales has complained to her landlord at Village Oaks in Hillsborough County about a rat problem. "We have caught at least 15 rats as of yesterday," Morale complained. "Its a health issue." Theyve put rat traps out, catching two or three rodents at one time. Morales husband Eli showed 8 On Your Side pictures of several rats he has killed in the last month. One rat gave their son a fright last week. "While he was using the bathroom one comes running and went right into right underneath the vanity," Eli Morales pointed out. The couple has contacted property owner RRBT, a limited liability corporation, located in West Palm Beach.
