Police said a Jay man was adamant that the marijuana police found in the car he was driving was not his because he had just stolen the car. Douglas Glidden, 25, was charged Sunday night with felony operating under the influence, and felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of operating with a suspended or revoked license and a civil violation of possession of a useable amount of marijuana, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Monday.
