Walgreen Sued After Customer Fractured Face in Parking Lot Fall

A woman who allegedly fractured her face in a fall in the parking lot of a corporate pharmacy is suing.
Monique Lecompte filed suit against Walgreen Louisiana Co. Inc., Walgreen Pharmacy, Travelers Property and Casualty Company of America and American National Insurance in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 6. Lecompte contends that on Nov. 13, 2013 she was on the Walgreen Pharmacy premises located at 821 W. Esplanade in Kenner when she stepped in a hole in the parking lot cement and fell to the ground.
