There were gray skies, ominous-looking tropical clouds and even the occasional burst of rainfall, but the line of storms predicted to march through the Valley as Hurricane Odile moved out of Baja California Norte remained at bay Tuesday. But weather experts and city officials cautioned that even if the worst of the rain falls in southeastern Arizona today as the most recent models predict the remnants of the hurricane should still concern Valley residents, who could see some localized heavy downpours.
