Wisconsin Teens Steal Car, Cause Five-Car Crash

Two teenagers stole a car, fled from police and were involved in a five-car crash early Thursday morning, according to a release from Madison police.Officers said they were called to Pennsylvania Avenue at 1:47 a.m. for a speeding complaint, but the vehicle sped away from officers attempted a traffic stop. Police said the driver caused a five-car crash after turning onto the sidewalk and grassy areas on Blount Street. The occupants ran away and were caught a short time later. The vehicle was reported stolen two days earlier.
