Around 6:45 at Vernon and Upsala Sts in Worcester, Ma, a vehicle traveling down Vernon St crashed into a fire hydrant causing water to shoot up almost 40 feet for 2 hours before the water could be shut off!
The male was trapped in the vehicle and had to be freed by firefighters. He was removed unconscious and transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
