PENTWATER TWP. — A 17-year-old Ludington man was in the Oceana County Jail Monday and another was being sought by police after a stolen truck rammed through the front of the Wishing Well north of Pentwater as part of a robbery Sunday morning.
Police arrested Travis William Malone, of 209 N. Rath St., Ludington. He is charged with one felony count of breaking and entering a building with intent. Bond was at $50,000, 10 percent and had not been posted with the 78th District Court as of Tuesday morning. The charge carries a maximum 10-year penalty.
