Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of benefits experience from an insurance agency or carrier. We are seeking someone with a great attitude, strong focus on customer service and an excellent track record of retention. Ideal candidate will have a stable background, comfortable with the day-to-day service, managing new and renewal group health accounts, prepare and make presentations and build relationships. Will act as a resource for customers, handle open enrollments, claims issues, and the eligibility/terminations as well as general account maintenance for your clients.
