Responsibilities Evaluate personal lines insurance applications, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies Make sound underwriting decisions based on data, risk assessment, and company guidelines Collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners to ensure profitability and top-tier service Recommend appropriate coverage options, pricing, and exclusions based on underwriting analysis Communicate effectively with producers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve underwriting questions and gather necessary information

Qualifications 3–5 years of personal lines underwriting experience Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risk Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Proficiency in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented, with outstanding time-management and organizational abilities Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,000 Benefits: Competitive benefits package (health, PTO, etc.)
