Overview: The Auditor will expand the current Claims Audit program and will be a self-starter. This position has numerous opportunities for growth and expansion within the organization.
Functions: • Create and manage an Audit program for Claims and Customer Service. • Conduct ongoing claims audits for customer experience, quality, timeliness, and accuracy. • Communicate with Senior Management on Audit findings on an ongoing basis. • Oversee inbound and outbound communications for service quality and accuracy. • Coordinate with Claims, Customer Service, and Training department to ensure action is taken regarding Audit results.
