Claims Manager

The Branch Claim Manager is responsible for the oversight and leading the workflow of claims professionals reporting to a standalone satellite office within the organization. May have various regions to operate consisting of multiple units whose responsibility is to conduct efficient timely investigations and proper disposition of claims in accordance with corporate and/or client guidelines and handling state requirements.

Is responsible to ensure that the corporate quality and standards are met. Handles and resolves escalated claim and personnel issues.

Provides input that affect the area of responsibility and may assist in the preparation of the branch office budget.

Reports as prescribed on department goals and achievements.

Stays current with ever changing technology making recommendations when necessary for the better of the Claims Department.

May be called upon to assist in local marketing.
