Claims Representative

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3 years claims experience work including customer service-related experience Position Requirements: Ability to access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure, which is physically demanding requiring the ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder weighing approximately 35 to 48 pounds, walk on roofs, and enter tight spaces (such as attic staircases and entries, crawl spaces, etc.). Must be capable of safely climbing a ladder. Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving Homeowners insurance claims. Requires quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle (customer contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution) including maintaining full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state-specific regulations. We are seeking an adjuster with at least three years of homeowners insurance field experience. You must have a good working knowledge of Xactimate and have strong working knowledge of Homeowners HO3, HO5 and HO6 policies. Adjusters licenses is a plus.
