As a Data Scientist, you'll develop and enhance predictive modeling tools that support key departments like Underwriting and Claims.

This includes integrating AI and machine learning to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data sets.

What You'll Do Build predictive models using large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) Create clean, model-ready datasets through validation and transformation Research and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques Communicate modeling results clearly through written reports, presentations, and meetings Document models including inputs, assumptions, algorithms, and findings Continuously monitor model performance and recalibrate as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science 3+ years of experience in data science, modeling, or a related field Hands-on experience with classification, regression, feature selection, and optimization techniques Strong knowledge of Python for developing predictive models
