About this Position
The Product and Sales Analytics Manager evaluates current performance of all key product and sales processes using advanced analytical and technical skills to develop operational reporting and analytical solutions. This position also utilizes effective data storytelling skills to deliver business insights to all levels of leadership. Ensures coordination and support of the overall goals and objectives of the division.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Job Functions
Perform the evaluation of business processes using analytical and technical skills to deliver advanced analytics, ad hoc analysis, operational dashboards, operational KPIs and operational modeling.
Responsible for overall development of the analytics unit, including:

Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of actuarial, analytics, and experience that provides the skills necessary to perform the essential function of the job.
Work Experience Requirements
At least seven years of progressive experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the skills necessary to perform the essential function of the job.
Previous experience working for Property & Casualty Personal Lines company. Auto Insurance background preferred.
Strong analytical skills and highly proficient in SQL, SaaS, Excel, PowerBI.
Machine Learning a plus.
Experience effectively managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
