Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Experience required: AIC, P&C Homeowner damage claims, estimating, adjuster

Position requirements:
• 5+ years of residential or commercial property damage estimating experience
• Insurance training or education experience is a plus
• Associate In Claims (AIC) preferred
• Exhibits enthusiasm, integrity, reliability and respect for diversity
• Knowledge of common business processes within the property casualty insurance industry
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work comfortably in classroom and virtual training environments
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Ability to assist with creating training content
• Hardworking, dependable, punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Possess a positive attitude and an ability to meet customer requirements
• Strong organizational and preparation skills
• Able and willing to travel to client sites (50-75%) - ability to be home most weekends (current training is virtual)
• A valid passport as some international travel may be required
• Good driving record

Software application training using a variety of delivery methods for the success of our clients.
The Client Trainer position is available in multiple states across the US. Reporting in to a CoreLogic office, with future travel to clients sites across the US.

Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training
Work with project manager team in coordinating new and existing customer implementations
Develop an extensive working knowledge of the CoreLogic product suite
Assist with developing training materials for CoreLogic implementation
Develop working relationship with our Corelogic Sales and Client Success teams to utilize product knowledge and establish customer relationships in support of sales efforts

• Coordinate new and existing customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software

• Assist with managing and distributing training content
