Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience required: AIC, P&C Homeowner damage claims, estimating, adjuster
Position requirements:
• 5+ years of residential or commercial property damage estimating experience
• Insurance training or education experience is a plus
• Associate In Claims (AIC) preferred
• Exhibits enthusiasm, integrity, reliability and respect for diversity
• Knowledge of common business processes within the property casualty insurance industry
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work comfortably in classroom and virtual training environments
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Ability to assist with creating training content
• Hardworking, dependable, punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Possess a positive attitude and an ability to meet customer requirements
• Strong organizational and preparation skills
• Able and willing to travel to client sites (50-75%) - ability to be home most weekends (current training is virtual)
• A valid passport as some international travel may be required
• Good driving record

The Client Trainer position is available in multiple states across the US. Reporting in to a CoreLogic office, with future travel to clients sites across the US.

· Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training
· Work with project manager team in coordinating new and existing customer implementations
· Develop an extensive working knowledge of the CoreLogic product suite
· Assist with developing training materials for CoreLogic implementation
· Develop working relationship with our Corelogic Sales and Client Success teams to utilize product knowledge and establish customer relationships in support of sales efforts
• Coordinate new and existing customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software
• Assist with managing and distributing training content
