Senior Claims Examiner

Overview: The Senior Claims Examiner will be handling claims in the Travel field, but also has experience in Accident and Health. Claims Examiners with one of the above experiences are encouraged to apply.

Functions:
• Analyze and handle entirety of travel-related claims.
• Communicate with assistance providers.
• Handle subrogation and coordination of benefits.
• Handle and respond to claims-related correspondence from insureds, providers, and accounts.
• Interface with the legal team when necessary.
• Conduct peer audits as well as mentor other Claims Examiners.
