Tornado touches down in Abbeville; 1 dead

A tornado touched down in Abbeville early this morning, killing one woman, downing trees and causing structural damage in the area, according to local officials. Phyllis Ann Sabbatini, a 45-year-old woman, was reportedly killed when the storm hit around 3:30 this morning, according to witnesses on the scene.
