Louisiana Inmate Charged with Insurance Fraud, Felony Theft

A man already convicted for a previous criminal offense in Louisiana has additionally been charged with insurance fraud and felony theft. Louisiana State Police detectives with the Insurance Fraud/Auto Theft Unit say former Baton Rouge resident and current inmate in the Avoyelles Parish Jail, Darryl Brady, filed six fraudulent insurance claims with GEICO Insurance Co. from November 2007 to March 2010.
