A tornado tore into the heart of the small community of Aumsville Tuesday, leaving a path of destruction that splintered store fronts, ripped homes off their foundations and toppled trees - but amazingly caused no serious injuries or deaths. Initial damage reports included two injuries, 25 structures damaged, 30 large trees and two semi trucks blown over. The National Weather Service classified the tornado as an EF2 - with winds between 110-120 m.p.h. A total of 10 families were displaced as of Tuesday night.
