Neighborhoods flood after Pasco’s Anclote River overflows

Pasco County’s Anclote River overflowed its banks and caused flooding in Elfers Saturday. Micahel Cassagnol’s yard was filled with water in just a matter of hours. He had to wade to his front door, just off of River Run Road and State Road 54. "It’s come up to the seawall in the back, but not all the way to the driveway or front room," he said. On Elfers Parkway, the situation is just as dire. Water surrounded mobile homes leaving many residents stranded.
