A deputy responding to a call of an alligator in a residential neighborhood met the gator, for quite a while. According to the Alachua County Sheriffs Office, it happened around 7 p.m. Sunday in Gainesville. The gator, nearly as long as the deputys car, did what alligators do when somethings coming at them...he used his powerful jaws to clamp down. The gator grabbed hold of the deputys front bumper and refused to let go.
After a while, someone started recording video, watching as the deputy began to back up with the gator in tow.
