Tornadoes rake Kansas-Nebraska border

Four Kansas family members have sustained minor injuries when a tornado destroyed their home. Violent storms also have knocked over freight train cars and halted play at the College World Series in Nebraska. CBS News correspondent Don Teague says there were at least two dozen reports of tornadoes touching down across the Midwest - from Nebraska and Kansas on to Iowa. Sharon Watson of the Kansas Adjutant General’s office says at least three homes were destroyed Monday afternoon in Norton County near the Nebraska border. The injuries reported were minor cuts and scrapes.
