Slot Machine Gambler Sues Mississippi Casino for Arm Injury

A Tennessee man is suing a Mississippi casino because he claims the slot machine he was playing broke apart and injured his arm and back. Randy E. Perkins of Hickman County, Tenn., said he was injured at Tunica Roadhouse Casino and Hotel on Aug. 12, 2010. His lawsuit, filed in federal court in north Mississippi, seeks $750,000 in damages. Perkins claims the front of the machine fell on him, causing “possible nerve damage in his left arm and a bulging disc in his lumbar spine.”
