Four people at a Chili Festival had to be rushed to the hospital after a Marine rescue helicopter, which had been on display, took off and caused chaos with its prop wash. The helicopter, called Pedro, was taking off from the festival in Havelock at about 4 p.m. Saturday after it had been on display at the festival -- a commonality for the helicopter and its crew. The prop wash from the helicopters rotors blew over several tables and tents, which hit several people.
