Delaware fire officials say an accidental blaze at an apartment complex has forced 20 people from their homes in Ogletown. Chief Deputy State Fire Marshal Robert L. Fox says one person suffered smoke inhalation early Saturday at the Harbor Club apartments and was treated at Christiana Hospital. No one else was injured.
