Underground Electrical Explosion Jolts Downtown

Several streets were closed for several hours in downtown Cincinnati after an explosion in an underground electrical line. Fire crews were called to the intersection of Fourth and Main streets just after 9 a.m. Firefighters said at least three manhole covers were blown off in the explosion. Cellphone video taken by someone in the Atrium building showed a fireball shooting out of one of the manholes. Firefighters said at least three manhole covers were blown off in the explosion.
