A fire destroyed a home in Bow early Saturday morning, causing over a million dollars in damage, according to fire officials. Emergency crews were called to 16 Hunter Drive at about 2 a.m. and noticed heavy flames as they approached, forcing them to quickly call a second alarm. Eventually a third alarm was called, bringing fire crews from 11 additional towns to the scene. "There was a huge glow in the sky," explained Fire Chief Dana Abbott. "When you came from the top of Woodhill, you could see the glow from there, and thats a good 2-3 miles away."
