A Missouri man faces 10 years to life in prison now that he’s admitted a fraud-related count linked to a 2001 arson fire that killed his 15-year-old son. Fifty-four-year-old Steven Kemper pleaded guilty Wednesday in a federal court in St. Louis to a felony count of aiding and abetting the use of fire to commit mail fraud.
