A Denmark man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for an insurance fraud case. Matthew Lemberger was also ordered to pay $779,408.79 in restitution by Green Bay federal judge William Griesbach during a hearing Monday, according to online court records. According to the complaint, in 2010, Lemberger and two others intentionally set fire to Lembergers business -- Cronos Global -- to collect insurance money. Documents also show Lemberger offered to kill the spouse of one of the co-conspirators instead of paying that person but that count was dropped.
