Michael Pooley. Pooley said around 2 a.m. on Tuesday 24-year-old Ashton Powers walked up to a Tempe patrol car and slashed one of the tires. Pooley tells ABC15 the officer was pulled over at the corner of 7th Street and Mill Avenue finishing up a police report after an unrelated arrest.
