A family is suing an Emergency Medical Technician and an Ambulance Company, claiming the EMT took photos of their son’s dead body at a traffic accident. 30-year-old Jonathan Thomas died after the UPS truck he was driving swerved off the road and into a home in Crawley last summer. Thomas’ family alleges that while on duty at the scene, EMT Angel Willis Took photos of Jonathan’s corpse with a personal cell phone, and spread them around the community. His mother, Darla Thomas, tells WVVA they are suing Quinwood Emergency Ambulance Incorporated as well as Willis. I don’t know why she would have done that...," said Darla.
