Girls’ coat recalled over strangulation risk

A clothing company is recalling 756 girls jackets sold at Burlington Coat Factory stores in the U.S., saying drawstrings on the jackets pose a risk of strangulation. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday that Ram’s Imports Inc. of New York is recalling its IQ brand girls’ hooded pink leopard jackets. These were sold exclusively at Burlington Coat Factory stores nationwide from October 2010 through August 2013 for about $15.
