Fire heavily damages Del. building housing funeral home

A fire caused heavy damage to a Millsboro funeral home on Saturday afternoon.
The blaze occurred in the 200 block of South. Washington Street . The Millsboro Volunteer Fire Company, assisted by Georgetown, Indian River and Dagsboro fire companies extinguished the flames. There were no reported injuries. The fire heavily damaged a three story structure housing the Bennie Smith Funeral Home.
