A man accused of assaulting and robbing a woman was arrested after he tried to befriend his victim on Facebook, police say. Riley Mullins, 28, was charged with second-degree robbery in Washington state on Friday, after allegedly stealing from a woman at a ferry terminal. Police say the woman was listening to headphones on Tuesday, when Mullins hit her over the head, before snatching her purse and iPod then running away. The woman described the man to cops, saying he had a distinctive triangle tattoo on his neck.
