Hershey is suing a Colorado marijuana edibles company that makes four pot infused candies that it says closely resembles its iconic products. The Hershey Co. filed a federal trademark infringement lawsuit in Denver this week against TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC. The lawsuit alleges TinctureBelle’s Ganja Joy, Hasheath, Hashees and Dabby Patty mimic Hershey’s Almond Joy, Heath, Reese’s peanut butter cups and York peppermint patty candies, respectively.
